What the hell is wrong with blogger ? It's screwing up . And I'm dead angry about it . I was supposed to blog not too long ago . But blogger refused me my right . Therefore , when I logged in to realize that blogger's finally operating , I REALIZED , yet again , THAT I CANNOT UPLOAD PHOTOS onto "new" blogger . FFFFF/

Well in any case , this cannot dampen my mood of blogging about yesterday .

Yesterday , Hammy and I went to the orchard-somerset-dhoby stretch to celebrate his birthday . I did feel really guilty about going out because I really really really despise the feeling of not being able to complete my homework. It just gets to me . But after looking at his genuinely contented face (in the photos we took . although i know that he must have been happy because he had his fill of milo , dory fish and sushi COMBINED .) , my guilt dissipated and was replaced with satisfaction , knowing that I've managed to give him a full-circle kinda birthday (ie: cake , gift , celebration). Which reminds me why I even volunteered myself as 13's birthday rep . (:

After filling our tummies , and eating until we felt that justice had been done to our 31 dollars , we caught Hangover . Yes , and as you may have already heard about it , YOU GET TO SEE REAL BOOBS . Like omg/rofl/lol/dots . And you don't get to see it once or twice , BUT THRICE . Zomg . Shut up ! But then again , the boobs were obviously not the highlight of the movie . Honestly , the adorable little tot who was featured on the promotional poster beckoned Hammy to watch it . So ever since he saw the baby , he kept saying ,"I want to watch the baby show . Please ..." & I guess he finally got his wish granted after all . Yayness. The end .

Hello , people !

Neat . I've got no time to blog about something that will most prolly take up a lot of space . I'm supposed to be doing my work . My WR's anything but complete . AND I'm so stressed about the upcoming lecture tests that I dare not even prepare for it ! Everything surrounds grades, grades , grades . So much that everything else seems to have faded in comparison . If only life were more to THIS . Of course , my life is undoubtedly more than just studying alone . My life is essentially equal to the addition of hammy , sisterhood , going out and movies . Okay , now that I've typed it out I realized that my life isn't as complex as I made it out to be . Hurhur .

Talking about grades , what is it with me ? I don't know why but once I've set the bar high (okay la , quite high for someone with my calibre. but prolly low for all my smart friends) , I will only dare to surmount it ONLY ONCE with all my might . Which is why I'm still 'drifting' around aimlessly and not feeling the need to get down to some decent studying .

Urgh , this realization is appalling . But then again , if I could do anything about it at all in the first place , would I be wasting time ranting about things that are inconsequential ?

MY INTERNET'S FINALLY WORKING !
Was down with an unfortunate case of flu for the entire day . The bug crippled me ,and it made me feel too weak for tuition . However, I still decided to accompany Hammy cus I promised him not too long ago that I'd do so after his MYEs - which lasted for 2 whole weeks. Aww , poor fella.

So , we went to East Coast Park (ECP) with his friends to cycle and to rollerblade. Strictly speaking , I cycled and he rollerblade-ded . Haha , but poor Hammy hadn't practised for a year , so he fell a couple of times before he managed to move at 0.0009km/hr. I didn't get much of a kick out of cycling either because the park was packed - with annoying amateur bladers who kept falling at the most inconvenient places , bikers who just learnt how to cycle and lovey-dovey couples WHO FELT THAT THEY HAD TO HOLD HANDS although they were already capable of blading without. Seriously , I felt that I was OBLIGED to ram my bicycle into these people at a few instances so as to do the other bikers behind me a huge favour. Oh ya, and I showed off my imba eye-rolling prowess at pedestrians who refused to walk on the "walking" track.

I enjoyed my day because his friends didn't make me feel uninvited . But most importantly , some of Hammy's small gestures showed me how much he cares for me ! It was pouring when we were about to make our way for dinner so we had no choice but to dash under the rain like children . Knowing that I was afraid of being struck by lightning ( Note : I'm not afraid of lightning , I'm just afraid of being struck) , he ran with me , also knowing that he'd be drenched cus of me . Oh well , it's small gestures like these that amplify a single feeling that you have towards others (: And yes , I appreciate all of them.

Was too tired to message/pick up any calls on the way home . Ended up sleeping on the journey home . Mwahaha .

Caught 2 movies over the weekend as well . You guys should go nd catch the haunting in connecticut instead of Duplicity (:

Hello , Earthlings !
Of all the time that I have spent on Earth , this week has got to be the most hectic. With a WR deadline that seems to march even closer to me with each passing day and a pointless Chinese oral examination to worry for, how can I not feel that way ?

But then again , I enjoyed all the time that I've spent with my PW mates so far. From all the PW outings , interviews and survey trips , I've learnt a lot about their working attitudes , character and most importantly ... how much HUMOUR they've got inside of 'em. Mwahaha .

We had another PW outing to NHB on Monday (Youth Day- toiled, but with zero respite !) (: Honestly, the interview wasn't very positive. But we decided to make do with the result. Also, we got ourselves PW tees !

Just came back from a very exhilariting , adrenaline-packed shopping trip with Amandy and I must say that it has gotta be one of the more fufilling trips that I've embarked on for the entire of this year .

We visited Tracyeinny's newly established site at Pearls Hill Terrace . Their shop was not as spacious as we expected it to be - cus they're kind of a hit among youths - and their much-publicized sale was not even worth all the hype and publicity cus we ended up having to literally dig through heaps of ordinary looking clothes . But at least we managed to walk away with something . Well , it's something for Amandy . But somethingS for me . Haha . She bought the capped sleeve pullover top (it was the first thing that I spotted upon entering the sale area) cus I encouraged her to do so , while I got myself a blue/white floral print dress and a long cardigan with star-like prints emblazoned all over it (Kinda ahlian , I know , & it will definitely require much courage)

Next , we went to City Plaza - a place that was briefly mentioned by Ger on a couple of occasions . THE THINGS THERE WERE AWESOMELY AND RIDICULOUSLY CHEAP ! Mwahaha . I bought a floral print blazer , a tube(dress) + vest set , a tube(top) , a high collar dress and a pair of shorts . And they cost me less than a hundred dollars ! So people , never visit blogshops again because you now know where they get their stash(es) from . LOL .

Hung around town till 11+ because I wanted to take in the ambience .But I prefer spending my time at places like Borders .

Having nothing better to do on a bright and optimistic Saturday , I decided to count the number of shoes that I actually possess . I've always wondered why my Mum nags about how my shoes are always in a terrible mess - but I now know why she has the tendency to do so - and I feel for her . Poor mama . Fancy opening a cupboard laden with shoes in a quest to look for your favourite Ferragamos only to realize that you've got to paw through your daughter's stinky shoes just so that you may do so .

Well , I am a shopaholic . I don't buy what I need . I buy what I want . So I always lose when I battle with my inner covetous , eagerly acquisitional self . When I stroll past Charles and Keith , I never fail to enter the shop empty-handed and leave with at least one shopping bag . But then again , when assaulted with those sleek , gorgeous little things , who can ever resist ? I hate the fact that they ALWAYS seem to be able to match something that I've got in my wardrobe ( more about that later ) .

So ... after an hour our digging , counting and recounting ( Wanted to reduce the no. of random errors made . Gonna accept the mean ) ...

48 pairs of shoes ! (Excluding the pair(s) that I wear to school !)

Out of which , 10 are spanking new . Goodness me .

Okay & digressing , I thrashed John Tjia in pool ! After which , he vowed to quit playing pool and to hurl himself over the highest balcony . I hope you keep your word , John . Glad Wing brought me to the tards gathering . It did wonders for my ego , really .

Coincidentally , Hammy and I caught Confessions of a Shopaholic yesterday . It wasn't as nice as I expected it to be though . So no stars !

I'm excited about today's outing with Amandy cus we're going to go to Tracyeinny's shop at pearl terrace(I think that that's the add) , the flea market at Haji lane and City Plaza . Haha . I'll try not to get anymore shoes , okay ? But speaking of which , I just remembered that I've got a 5dollar voucher in my wallet ...

Caught yet another movie with Hammy . Guilty as charged - for spending time as if I had nothing better to do . So go on , shoot me .

Well , I basically met him after his ns checkup on Thursday . Met him earlier than planned because he kept complaining about how much blood the army people robbed him of . So okay , we DID want to study but we ended up talking about all things lame under the sky . Haha , I don't know what that means too . Anyways , we caught I Love You , Man later on at night cus ZY recommended it to me .

It was hilarious - only if you appreciate things that are , er , well not that clean (hmm , at least we now know why ZY recommended it to me ) . Haha , can you imagine what would happen if Jodi watched it ? She'd give her trademark look . Awesome . Somehow I just thought about her .

Okay , this has gotta be one of my most random posts . Oh and I hope Wing arrives on the dot tomorrow or else ... or else ... she dies*

'Nuff said . I honestly feel that things have gotten better for me after leaving the shithole NCHS .

D'ya all know what true friends are ? True friends are those who NEVER judge . In fact , when they know that you're being shackled by your past , they'd help you out of it , instead of leaving you in the lurch . That , my friends , is termed, "Friendship" . Oh well , at least I know that my frenemies are a thing of the past cus I know that the girls from Sisterhood are not like that AT ALL .

Well , YY , maybe I'll consider placing a tagboard in my blog SOON .

Hung out with Hammy for the whole of today (not that I wanted to not study . but today's special) and it was goood fun cus I really enjoyed his company (=

Finally managed to catch Ghosts of Girlfriends Past(yayeness , one more item to strike off my list) ! I felt that it was slightly above average cus the storyline was a tad too simplistic but yet unrealistic . Haha .

Oh well , I'm dead beat already , what with scanning through email after email of completed tasks and then paraphrasing them before inserting them into the WR . Tough work , tough work .

So I guess it's so long & farewell - for the time being!

P/s: It is understandable that Siping and I weren't tagged on fb if they knew that we didnt have fb. But ive noticed that even those w/out fb have tags. Cept for us .. Wonder what that means eh .Oh forget it , I'm just feeling grouchy and tired now.

Prettaye !

Raiders of the Lost Ark had another survey outing once again - but this time to Jodi's tuition centre . We initially thought that the kids would be wowed by the colourful pictures that I managed to source for over the internet . But to my dismay , they were far from that and all their answers were a very pessimistic 'no' . ): that's why it feels that all our efforts have somehow come to naught . Yes , we can always alter our results , but wouldn't that be cheating ourselves ? I don't like how it's gonna haunt me till the end of OP .

Anyway , after conducting the survey , Siping and I went to LJ to mugg :D

Then we went to j8 so that I could get some stuff for my face . Ended up getting rosewater-based moisturiser , mascara and some masks that cost be a whopping 50 over dollars . Kena recession ! And after days of deliberation , I also got myself a mud nose pack . Hurhur .

Went to the Judo BBQ afterwards . Hmm , it was really awkward for us cus we weren't that close to the J2s and most of the J1 girls couldn't make it . So we ended up locking ourselves up in the room and self-entertaining . Ha-ha . We also went to downtown east to kill time and I DID A MANICURE FOR HALF PRICE ! Got ourselves an adorable pencil case too ;D Everything was going fine until we were supposed to pay 15bucks at the end - and we did , indignantly . LOL . I shall stop complaining about the price already , cus we already did from the chalet all the way to the MRT station -.-

Sisterhood and I visitied Chinatown and - gasps! - Bugis Street today for our Cultural Trip ! If you think that Bugis Street is anything from cultural , think again . *points at Shili*

Before we started on our mission , we had our lunch at some super hot and humid hawker centre at Chinatown . Although we were supposed to be chionging through our food because of the small amount of time we had together , we ended up engaging in a conversation that ranged from the supernatural to the lame . LOL !

Later , we proceeded to the various parts of Chinatown , namely the street and the pasar malam . Then shili and I saw hellokitty laundry bags that were going for 2 bucks each . So i got it to put my gi =p We scoured around Chinatown amidst the scorching heat also in search for some cheong sum material pouch that I so badly wanted . And of course , our efforts paid off cus I finally found them in a set of 3's . Thanks , sisters !

Oh ya , Sisterhood is like one of Candle's (a shop along Bali Lane) frequent customers . Ya all should check it out . Got myself a satin-like romper today . Hmm , but what kind of shoes do rompers go with ?

Anyway , we had muslim food at Singapore Zam Zam ( Argh , my third time ! ) before hitting the streets ! No one got anything , but i finally managed to get my embroidered pumps ! Yay !

Hammy keeps promises . He said that he'd bring me all the way to bugis to eat the beef murtabak that I've been craving for ever since the last pw trip ; and he did . Yay ! I'm so happy . We ordered a medium sized murtabak , an egg prata and milo dinosaurs . It was damn filling , I tell you . I found it hard to walk properly after that ! LOL !

But before that , we hung out at Macs , but Hammy was so tired today that he looked like this : -.- throughout the day . And when I wanted to take some pictures with him , he still looked like that -.- . Haha .

Anyway , I met up with Ger to pass her her $ for the AE items . Managed to get myself the bandage skirt that I've been looking for and a belt from bugis . Went to Concept Store at haji to ask the shopowner whether or not she has managed to get a replacement for my bag . Unfortunately , it was her supplier's last piece . So the kind lady gave me a discount for it (which i gladly accepted =p )

We decided to eat the japanese-themed hawker centre at Yishun yesterday. It was kind of delicious . But I found the food rather bland after a few mouthfuls .

I honestly don't know what has gotten into me . Heh , I cant seem to focus on things that are supposedly PRESSING AND IMPORTANT . =x . I need more discipline , hmm , but where can it be found ? I checked Junction 8 out but to no avail . So I guess it's elusive -unless I've got ZHAOZHI ! Mwahaha .

Digressing : Yes , Hammy and I have been together for quite some time already and it'll be our second monthsary in a few more days ! Some wonder why I'm able to move on so quickly after an epic breakup - Well , life has to go on , doesn't it ? You cannot possibly expect me to live in regret what . Everyone wants their shot at happiness , me included (=

That's why I suddenly feel like the happiest girl on earth (kinda cliche , but whatever . I dont care) . Cus I managed to find friendship and passion all at the same place . Yay ! The people in NY are seriously fun and kisiao ! And they don't seem to be bothered about my , ahem , past . Heh (: I really appreciate you guys . And hammy is like everything to me although some may say that we're poles apart .

Today was a blast ! Went for the '13 outing in the afternoon and had dinner with them at Just Acia in the evening . It was really fun cept for the movie-watching part cus I've already watched Night at the Museum 2. Went to Haji with Wing before the trip to do an exchange for my faulty retro bag but I ended up getting myself a pair of golden flip flops and a top . LOL ! I don't know why I've been wearing slippers these few days cus I used to find them too casual . Oh well , people change . Mwahaha . Here are the pics that we took today , enjoy ! :
